On-site record retrieval at the FamilySearch Library and other Northern Utah repositories for materials not available online.

$25 per hour (one-hour minimum)
Travel to Provo and other local repositories is available upon request. Travel time may be billed accordingly.

Rates:
I provide on-site document retrieval and targeted record searches at the FamilySearch Library and other Northern Utah repositories. I can also access the FamilySearch Library’s Special Collections.
This service is ideal for researchers who need access to materials not available online, including books, microfilm, archival collections, manuscript materials, and local records
Languages: My primary research language is English. I may accept projects involving German and Romance-language records when the records are within my experience and can be reliably interpreted. Projects requiring specialized language or non-Latin-script expertise may be referred to another researcher..

If you would like to request a record lookup or inquire about retrieval services, please include as much detail as possible about the record or collection you would like searched (book title, call number, microfilm number, names, dates, etc.).
I typically respond within 1–2 business days. If you have not received a response after that time, please check your spam or junk folder, as email providers occasionally filter legitimate messages.
